healthy sleep routine


"here is some tips for a healthy sleep routine specially if you have a hard time to sleep"

try to stick with your normal day routine like school or work. sleep the same time everynight. resist late night outings like partying etc.
take a warm bath before bedtime. researchers have found that when the body gets ready to sleep, temperature drops. a warm bath will be extra help even in baby.
exercise a little before bedtime.
deal with stressful thought during the day specially when your working or student. totally avoid bringing any irritating thoughts to your room, most likely it will kill sleep.
switch off the lights completely when going to bed at night, this will help your biological clock a lot. but if you cannot sleep w/o light its up to you as long as you can sleep better.
get some rest,sleep,eat healthy foods like vegetable,fruits drink 8 glass of water everyday for a healthy life!
